Originally used to transport horses across the Kalamazoo river, this old school beast of a boat was built in 1838 is the only hand-cranked chain ferry left in the country. The Victorian Saugatuck ferry is the perfect way to see the sights of the beautiful west Michigan coastal area.
Usually about this time of year is when us Michiganders cant take anymore chilly winter and we start to dream of warm summer nights. Here's a lovely view from Grand Haven state beach park.
